Huertify is a brand of Kartarion. Accessing and using this site implies acceptance of the conditions set out in this legal notice. The contents, texts, designs and graphic elements are owned by the data controller, unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without authorisation.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we inform you about the processing of your personal data when you use the contact form or write to us by email.

We process the data you provide in the form (name, email, province and the information about your project: type of installation, crops, scale, timeframe and comments) for a single purpose: to handle and respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal. We do not use it for advertising, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
The consent you give us by ticking the box and submitting the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
We keep the data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and, if it does not lead to a commercial relationship, we delete it after a reasonable period. If a contractual relationship begins, the data will be retained in accordance with the applicable legal obligations.
The form submission is processed through Web3Forms, a service that transmits the form content to our email and acts as a data processor. Audience measurement is carried out with Cloudflare Web Analytics, in an aggregated and anonymous way, without cookies or individual identification. No other transfers are made except where legally required.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to modular@huertify.com. If you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
This site does not use cookies or tracking technologies that store information on your device. The analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are anonymous and cookie-free, so no cookie consent banner is required.
